It will close almost all the way and then it stops and reopens, but if you push on the door slightly while it's closing it will close all the way. When the passenger sliding door closes the front part of the door latches, but the rear does not. It protrudes out about an inch and the car chimes incessantly while in motion.Go figure. Seriously though, the door wells are deep enough for debris to collect there. Make sure it's throughly clean. Also there is a button on left side of driver for the sliding doors.
