If no signal to the BCM, check the pink wire on connector X1 at the BCM, pin 2, and the white wire connector X1 at the BCM pin 4. With the key in start position, both of these should have voltage. Pin 4 should have 5V.If not most likely fuel pressure related. You could be losing psi because of severe items, The Cp4 has a regulator, one on the fuel rails, and the return system. Also, being a common rail system if any injector is hanging open.
