Why is madden taking out my starters.

On offense, the QB and offensive line starters stay in but only backups are in at HB, WR, and TE. On defense, the starters at MLB, CB1, and FS stay in, but everything else gets replaced with backups. I have progressive fatigue turned off. Tried various fatigue slider settings, still not changing anything. Auto Sub settings haven't been touched.Starters not playing. They are not linebackers who sometimes rush the quarterback. Only thing I can recommend is picking plays from personal or making subs on the play menu and putting him in there.You need to go into weekly training and make sure practice is only backup receivers and it might take a couple weeks to get them fully back 100%. Yeah with progressive fatigue on, all my starters play 1 snap and then sit on the bench after week 10-12. I do it myself. I start with fatigue at 70, and then slowly increase it to 82 as the season goes on. If I get a 1st rd bye in the playoffs, I'll knock it back to like 77-78. Same if I make the super bowl

I have put them at 70 Sub in and 60 Sub out, still see them coming out on occasion but maybe 65 sub out and 70 sub in. You can play around with it as long as you don't beat them to death with high intensity practice cause then you will not have your starters on the field in the playoffs.
